A window opening out to Sweden at the heart of Paris, Fika celebrates an encounter between a culture and two passionate gourmet travellers who fell in love with “fika”, a practice that consists of treating oneself to a pause for refreshment several times a day. Here, Caroline and Damien have adopted it as their own concept, proposing for each hour of the day pastries, hot drinks, salads and toasts, made with love and the finest seasonal produce.
