This very feminine new cocktail has been dreamt up by William Oliveri, head barman at Le Meurice, to celebrate the palatial hotel’s 180th anniversary. In charge of the Bar 228 since 1992, the talented mixologist has concocted a delicious and very colourful cocktail based on wheat vodka, juicy apples, Williams pears and grenadine.
