A great fan of cars, Chef Simone Zanoni is at the helm in the kitchens of Le George, the restaurant at the Four Seasons George V Paris. During the “Taste of Paris Festival” last May, he dreamt up a totally original interpretion of the legendary Porsche 911 model in a black chocolate version with lime and passionfruit.
