To celebrate its reopening, the Café Kitsuné Palais Royal unveils a capsule collection illustated by artist Michal Loba (tote bag, mug, T-shirts), and enhances its signature menu with a refreshing kombucha drink with ginger and combava. The daughter of Jacques Génin, genius of chocolate-making, has thrown herself into the arena of gourmandise by launching her “chocolaterie” a stone’s throw from the Opéra. Her boutique of the same name is a showcase clad in white, set off by touches of gold and lining up sublime and exquisite chocolates in its windows. The stars of the collection ? Éric Maillet and Maëlyss Vultaggio, a duo in real life and in the kitchen, propose a surprising new culinary formula at the heart of the Phocean city.
