A sensational rooftop venue, Perruche has relooked its menu and decor for the 2019 season. The space has been given a facelift by duo Toro & Liautard, sunny and inviting, like a high-altitude pavilion. Manning the ovens, chef Benjamin Masson, ex-Monsieur Bleu, proposes ultra-fresh dishes ideal for sharing. And to add rhythm to it all, a music programme entrusted to popular performers. For the summer season, the Bastide de Moustiers - a member of the Ducasse Hospitalité Collection -, invites its guests to explore the turquoise waters of the Lac Sainte-Croix du Verdon. A cinema, restaurant, night-time bar : Beau Regard is all that at once, with Left Bank chic as a bonus. This urban concept, so very Parisian, is to be found in a space designed by Studio Ko, with a graphic chart signed by the Be-Pôles agency. The Café of the legendary Harcourt photo studio has taken up its quarters within the walls of a private mansion and the peacefulness of an intimate garden in the 16th arrondissement. On the menu, creations offering a gourmet tribute to fusion cuisine with bowls, “empanadas”, a veggie Black Burger... and virtuous drinks to keep them company. Ranked 1st in the "World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019", Chef Mauro Colagreco’s 3-star Mirazur has been treated to a revamp. Signed by architect Caroline Lory, the new decor offers a naval architecture ambiance all in glass and steel, surveying the Mediterranean. The Chef wanted materials recalling his travels, an inspiring choice for the architect who has created a stylish, ovoid-shaped partition wall made of Nerlat and limewashed, to accommodate the area between the kitchen and dining-room, the real hub of this Mediterranean restaurant. Supernature, the essential specialist for vegetarian food focusing on “ultra-fresh and healthy”, has taken up its quarters in Le Printemps du Goût. At the helm, Clémentine et Christophe Colombet propose an enticing counter offering an exclusive array of over 50 seasonal fruits and vegtables selected from French producers, and little dishes that go with them. From June 13th to 15th, the Mediterranean “Ômer” restaurant at the Hôtel de Paris – an Alain Ducasse restaurant – welcomes Dina Nikolaou, a great ambassador of modern Greek cuisine. The first guest chef to be invited by this restaurant, this real icon of Greek television will present colourful gourmet recipes, including her signature dishes, with the complicity of chef Patrick Laine. This highly original world of 600 m2 offers one of the loveliest terraces in Paris, opening out to the Ranelagh Gardens. A new luxury cabana signed Philippe Starck, “La Réserve à la Plage” consists of a bar, restaurant, boutique and sun loungers, all in harmony with the idyllic natural setting of Pampelonne. Gently renegade, this iconic bistro a stone’s throw from Place de l’Etoile has been given a facelift supervised by architects from the MHNA studio. Clad in spicy new colours, Caius asserts it tanginess and congeniality with its new “table d’hôtes” seating up to 12 guests. After a total makeover by renowned Italian designer Paola Lenti, Plage 3.14 presents its new decor giving precedence to craftsmanship and fine materials : plates specially created by the Atelier Crociani in Vallauris, glasses by Christophe Saba in Biot… The star of the show, the cuisine orchestrated by chefs Bruno Laplace and Frédéric Noirtier takes foodies on a culinary voyage focusing on local, organic and gluten-free produce. The latest epic from Blackcode, here in partnership with Benjamin Patou’s Moma Group, Ran offers a blend of eras, personalities and ambiances. Nestling in a Parisian mansion once accommodating the apartments of the Marquis de La Fayette, this majestic setting re-invented by architect Tristan Auer (Le Crillon, Les Bains) unfurls a cocktail bar and three interconnecting dining-rooms. Chef Shuhei Yamashita’s menu proposes essentials of Japanese cuisine (Teriyaki, Maki, Gyozas), fragrant raw fish, and meat grilled on the “robata”, the famous lava stone grill. Created in Monaco in 2005 by Riccardo Giraudi and since exported around the world, the Beefbar has arrived in Paris. The world's most elegant grill now nestles in the Art Nouveau setting of the former Fermette Marbeuf. Entrusted with the decor, star architects Humbert & Poyet have restored lustrous richness to this address, endowing it with fitted carpets, leather, velvet, mirrors...
