Crowned a few weeks ago as the “Best Restaurant -Bar 2024” in “Tales of Cocktails”, the Danico bar nestling at the rear of the Italian Daroco Bourse restaurant invites fans of cocktails and curious explorers of flavours to sample a variety of cocktails inspired by the fragrances of India. On the menu, unprecedented creations like as many postcards of the tribulations of globe-shaker Nico de Soto. Set in the Faubourgs neighbourhood, this address pairs Art Nouveau esthetics with lyrical decor designed by architect Jessica Mille. On the menu, Adela gives precedence to fresh pasta made on the premises as per the rules of the art and presented in mouthwatering recipes : “tagliatelle al funghi”, “agnolotti cacio e pepe”, “pappardelle al ragù”… Not to be missed while waiting for the main course, a sublime whipped ricotta with Espelette pimento and lemon zest. For the “Paris Paris” exhibition (until October 20th), Cravan, the cultivated cocktail bar in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, is taking up its quarters on the 2nd floor of Le Bon Marché. The chance to discover cocktails in ready-to-serve bottles such as Le Boulevardier or Le Negroni, but also a selection of Cravon items including sublime glasses by designer Ramy Fischler. So chic ! Decorated by the Depict studio of architecture, this quirky “troquet” has everything to please. Until September 30th, Canua Island will sail just off the Gulf of Mandelieu La Napoule, offering a unique experience in the midst of the Mediterranean Sea. Save the date ! On September 17th, South Korean Chef Park Sungho will unfurl his talent at L’Adresse for the duration of a one-off dinner. On the programme, a menu tailormade for pairing with vintages from La Maison de Champagne Thiénot. At the initiative of the Fulgurances consultancy and events agency which created L’Adresse - a trampoline restaurant for the young guard in gastronomy -, this special evening promises many wonderful surprises. Beautiful, brand new, this bistro a stone’s throw from L’Odéon is the latest address of Linda Lee, the successful Korean restaurant-owner (Misu, Mari Mari). In decor opting for elegance, Sétopa pays tribute to K-food in ultra-refined version. Reviving one of the most legendary stretches of sand in Ramatuelle, Chef Mathieu Pacaud has brought an old beach of Saint-Tropez back to life. Far from festive restaurants on the coast, Cybele adopts a certain Zenitude facing the bay’s turquoise waves.
