Second time around for Bältis which, after conquering Le Marais last year, doubles down in the gourmet neighbourhood of Montorgueil ! All aboard for Lebanon with ice-creams with oriental flavours and ingredients sourced from organic agriculture. Part of the legendary Hôtel Montalembert, a real institution in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Montalembert brasserie has treated itself to a facelift under the direction of interior architect Pascal Allaman, who has reinstated all the splendour of this intimate setting.
