The youngest star-rated chef in France has taken up her quarters until September 30th on the roof-top terrace of Le Radisson Blu in Nice for the hotel’s 25th anniversary. Inside the restaurant, called “Calade by Julia Sedefjian” for the occasion, this Parisian Chef (born in Nice) has orchestrated a menu with resident chef David Rodriguez, dedicated to Riviera tastes and flavours and served at lunch and dinner time, Wednesday to Sunday.
