On Boulevard Saint-Germain with its parade of legendary brasseries, the Café Pouchkine has just inaugurated its third Parisian address. Designed by Andrey Dellos, this pastry-shop/tea-room makes playful use of the codes of Tsarist Russia. Its windows display irresistible delights with Imperial cupolas consecrating flights of fancy both sugary and salty from refined Franco-Russian gastronomy.
