Gently renegade, this iconic bistro a stone’s throw from Place de l’Etoile has been given a facelift supervised by architects from the MHNA studio. Clad in spicy new colours, Caius asserts it tanginess and congeniality with its new “table d’hôtes” seating up to 12 guests.
