Joël Robuchon, the Chef with 32 Michelin stars, has just launched the Côte d’Azur’s first chocolate bar at the Hotel Metropole, with the participation of Head Pastry Chef Patrick Mesiano and Barman Mickaël Bellec. This trio of experts has come up with a fabulous list of treats dedicated to chocolate in all its forms : drinks, desserts, cocktails...
