At the 9th edition of the “Trophées de la Gastronomie et des Vins” held on October 24th at the Palais de la Bourse in Lyon, Christophe Bacquié, Chef of the restaurant at the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet in Le Var, was voted “Chef of the Year”.
