This new "Claus" address pursues the same quest as its elder, which has become a benchmark for breakfast since it was opened in 2011 by Claus Estermann. Very chic, near the Saint-Germain market, it basks in elegant decor signed by Italian architect Fabrizio Casiraghi. On the morning menu : artisanal jams, great traditional teas, Honduran coffees, Viennese pastries with butter, an endless choice of bread and buns.
