Blending different flavours from the Mediterranean region, chef Richard Vincens has just taken over the reins of Le Bistrot de l’Oasis and L’Arbre Jaune in the Barbossi Collection in Mandelieu-la-Napoule on the Bay of Cannes. Born on the Côte d’Azur, he has gained sound experience, particularly with Alain Ducasse at Le Beige in Tokyo.
