Already running almost a dozen restaurants in the world, the Spanish Salvaje brand has introduced its successful concept within the walls of the Hôtel du Collectionneur. Exuberant decor, an incandescent ambiance, and matching cuisine signed by chef Fermin Azkue, who offers a blend of flavours from Japan, the Mediterranean and Latin America.
