The doors to one of the most long-awaited restaurants in spring 2024 are now open : welcome to The Public House ! The first Parisian address of Chef Calum Franklin, this elegant English pub is big and beautiful. In over 1,000 sqm on three floors, this non-standard venue with a spectacular bar, a winter garden, a playroom, and a festive basement has been entrusted to decorator Laura Gonzalez. On the menu, comforting and so British cuisine : Scotch Eggs, Crispy Pig’s Head, Fish and Chips, Salmon Fishcake, House Burger and, of course, the essential Pie, the English counterpart of the “tourte”, here proposed in four mouth-watering recipes, one with lobster.
