Catching up with its illustrious past, it has created a new space within its walls, dedicated to the ritual of coffee and signed by the duo of interior architects Friedmann & Versace, who have enhanced this address’s rich heritage with their talent. In a setting beyond the reach of time, the menu proposes refined gourmandises starring a coffee tart made by pastry-chef Christelle Brua, exquisite sorbets and ice-creams. Utterly charming.
