For its spring re-opening, the Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat has announced lots of novelties. Star-rated chef Didier Aniès unveils new proposals at La Véranda including a lunchtime menu at 68 €, and the star-rated restaurant Le Cap has updated its offerings of high gastronomy. Daily "Afternoon Teas" are also now proposed, and to keep an eye on one's waistline, pastry chef Luc Debove has come up with a dessert menu indicating the number of calories !
