Chef and restaurant-owner Philippe Baranes (Braisenville and Il Cuoco Galante) has grown his culinary territory with Amaro, his first food & cocktail bar. His credo : to prioritize bitters culturally acclaimed by Italians. And from Italy to Paris, there’s just one step ! The menu at Amaro thus offers a finely tuned choice of “amari” : Montenegro, vermouths, bitters, serving as the basis for 10 tasty cocktails perfected by mixologist Julie Martin. And accompanied by a generous array of Italian snacks (Venetian “cicchetti”, “tramezzini”, “sapori fritti”...), elegantly appeasing any hunger pangs.
