A welcoming setting in warm colours, Sienne extends over two floors bathed in light and prolonged by a charming outdoor terrace. On the programme, convivial cuisine rooted in the French tradition while allowing itself modern audacities, favouring seasonal produce and giving priority to vegetables. Excellent from starters to desserts, with an exemplary “île flottante” by pastry chef Nicolas Innocenti rounding off this moment of unrepentant gourmandise with real panache.
