Star-rated chef Alan Geaam has just opened the doors to his new restaurant nestling at the heart of Paris and dedicated to Lebanese vegetarian cuisine. On the menu, dishes with the accent on green offering a rich palette of flavours. Such as Sharwarma with celery, mushrooms and halloumi, or delicious lentil, almond and bulgur patties, and spicy vegetables. On Sundays, Qasti Green opts for brunch mode, proposing a generous buffet.
