From April 15th, the star-rated Christophe Bacquié restaurant at the Hôtel du Castellet will become Lavinia, a gastronomic address focusing on delicate cuisine with marine and vegetable flavours. In the kitchen, Fabien Ferré has risen to the rank of “Chef des Cuisines”.
