The daughter of Jacques Génin, genius of chocolate-making, has thrown herself into the arena of gourmandise by launching her “chocolaterie” a stone’s throw from the Opéra. Her boutique of the same name is a showcase clad in white, set off by touches of gold and lining up sublime and exquisite chocolates in its windows. The stars of the collection ?
