The Ferme-Auberge du Château Mentone in the Var has just reopened its doors, presenting its new identity signed by the prestigious firm of architects, Wilmotte & Associés. The restaurant menu revolves around the vineyard’s wines which complement dishes based on organic ingredients, mostly produced on the estate.
