Part of the legendary Hôtel Montalembert, a real institution in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Montalembert brasserie has treated itself to a facelift under the direction of interior architect Pascal Allaman, who has reinstated all the splendour of this intimate setting. In shades of blue and green, it has been endowed with enveloping forms and unfurls several lounges including the Salon Gallimard which can be privatized.
