Temporarily installed in the newly renovated Rotonde wing of the Hôtel de Paris, the Louis XV is now prolonged by a pretty terrace overlooking the gardens landscaped by Jean Mus. Exceptionally open for lunch, Alain Ducasse’s legendary address proposes a few of his signature dishes inspired by the Riviera, such as vegetables from the gardens of Provence with black truffles, a treat for clients since 1987.
