Giving pride of place to vegetables in his dishes, chef Alexandre Marchon has made confinement more tolerable by transforming his lively young restaurant into a delicatessen and producers’ market from Tuesday to Sunday. Organic vegetables, homemade preserves, vacuum-packed meat and fish, fabulous pastries and biodynamic wines. Fans also treat themselves to super lunch and dinner formulas which can be delivered or picked up from the restaurant. On Sundays, it’s chicken purée !
