Ranked 1st in the "World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019", Chef Mauro Colagreco’s 3-star Mirazur has been treated to a revamp. Signed by architect Caroline Lory, the new decor offers a naval architecture ambiance all in glass and steel, surveying the Mediterranean. The Chef wanted materials recalling his travels, an inspiring choice for the architect who has created a stylish, ovoid-shaped partition wall made of Nerlat and limewashed, to accommodate the area between the kitchen and dining-room, the real hub of this Mediterranean restaurant.
