Redecorated throughout, the five suites in this noble building are now even more enticing. And in the restaurant Le Grand Salon, a new menu gives a place of honour to bourgeois cuisine, tasty and comforting, sheer delight for refined palates (“foie gras” from Le Périgord, “sole meunière”...).
