Emmanuel Renaut, Eric Frechon, Pierre Sang, Stéphanie Le Quellec, Cyril Lignac, Mathieu Pacaud, Bruno Doucet, to name just a few, who will all propose an original creation exclusively based on ingredients sold on the premises.
