The space has been given a facelift by duo Toro & Liautard, sunny and inviting, like a high-altitude pavilion. Manning the ovens, chef Benjamin Masson, ex-Monsieur Bleu, proposes ultra-fresh dishes ideal for sharing. And to add rhythm to it all, a music programme entrusted to popular performers.
