Originally from California, proclaimed as healthy and therapeutic, Raw Food is given a place of honour at the elegant new address of William Pradeleix who has chosen the Left Bank for his second restaurant. In the same vein as at Raw Marais, the menu maintains its basic principles, advocates sharing and gives precedence to Japanese influences dear to the chef.
