In decor with a tropical ambiance, a real invitation to travel, Bomba proposes a one-way ticket to Latin America. Manning the ovens, the young French-Colombian chef Guillermo Donozo, with experience at Ducasse’s Les Ombres and elsewhere, offers a crossbred menu serving dishes but also tapas : “ceviche” of raw seabream, Argentine sirloin steak, pastry “empanadas”...
