Le Camondo proposes one of the loveliest hidden terraces in Paris with its paved courtyard next to the Museum. What’s new ? Every Saturday lunchtime, chef Fanny Herpin, a protégée of Alain Ducasse and a fervent defender of sustainable fishing, at the helm in the kitchens since summer 2020, will celebrate forgotten fish (pout, mackerel, gurnard), in raw version, based on refined, light recipes. Together with an appealing menu offering elegant cuisine inspired by virtuous sourcing and slow cooking. Cool !
