For the 10th year running, the 2022 edition of the Michelin Guide has rewarded Le 114 Faubourg, the chic brasserie at Le Bristol Paris. The restaurant has thus come up with an anniversary menu called “10 Years of Stars”. Composed by Chefs Éric Frechon and Loïc Dantec, it consists of five dishes : Egg King Crab, Crayfish Ravioli, Fillet of John Dory, Pigeon with “foie gras”, and sorbet with yoghurt and pink grapefruit (150 €).
