Newly installed on Place Notre-Dame du Mont, the Tripletta trattoria offers a warm artisanal concept based on “homemade” with a menu whose trans-Alpine accents are the work of Chef Adrien Bouchot. As for the decor, Sébastien Jaudeau and David-Olivier Descombes, founders of DOD Architecture, have opted for Napolitan immersion : tiled floors, lime-plaster alcoves, traditional wood furniture...
