Designed by the teams of La Tarte Tropézienne, the “Tropicana” beach has taken up its summer quarters on the white sand of Pampelonne. Guests feast on refined dishes concocted by chef Eric Santalucia, keen to encourage local produce (Provençal-style calamari, “petits farcis”, catch of the day…) and, of course, irresistible desserts including the authentic “tarte tropézienne”.
