A really warm cocoon at the very heart of Paris, this ephemeral chalet awaits you in the gardens of the Hôtel du Collectionneur. A chic and elegant venue, it seats about 60 guests and proposes a menu specially created for the occasion by Chef Joël Veyssière. Let’s just mention the traditional “saumon confit”, fillet of smoked beef and, for dessert the “Pavlova du Chalet” with mandarin orange and gingerbread. Until march 15th.
