On January 28th, to mark its entrance into the Year of the Rooster, The Peninsula invites you on an “haute couture” voyage both cultural and culinary. Chef Ma deploys all his expertise to offer the very best of Chinese cuisine, and from January 21st the Cantonese restaurant Lili will be transformed into a real stage unveiling the “Splendeur de l’Opéra Chinois”.
