One of the world’s most renowned contemporary artists, Daniel Buren has installed a spectacular pergola in Le Bristol, facing the colonnade of the 3-star Epicure restaurant. Adopting the well-known vertical stripes in white and bright colours which are the signature of the artist’s work, the pergola was created in situ.
