In charge of the Ritz’s kitchens, Nicolas Sale intends to make the restaurant “Les Jardins de l’Espadon” and the Ritz Bar a breeding ground for young talents. Chef Alan Geaam from the gastronomic Alan Geaam Restaurant on Rue Laurisson in the 16th arrondissement will give demonstrations in the prestigious hotel from March 19th to 24th, and hold a 4-hour class on March 19th at the École Ritz Escoffier. 250 €.
