From November 27th to December 1st, the restaurant Le Relais Plaza invites guests to discover the cuisine of chef Montu Sainsi, who is none other than the chef of the President of the Republic of India, Ram Nath Kovind. The decor will feature colourful, symbolic touches, enlivening the Plaza Athénée’s Parisian spirit, while the menu will highlight typical dishes with spicy notes including lamb and fish curries, and refreshing yoghurt-based “lassis”.
