The terrace at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme has just unveiled the new menu of its summer restaurant “Les Orchidées”. “Burrata artisanale” with bitter-sweet juice of grenadine, grilled fish, rib-eye Wagyu steak from Chile, organic egg omelette with morel mushrooms...
