The palatial Bristol Hotel in Paris is embracing the cause of the Ninoo association which works to bring happiness to autistic children. Every quarter, "Carte BLanche" evenings will be held in the bar, with a personality creating an original cocktail in collaboration with Head Barman Maxime Hoerth, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France".
