We are located in the area of the small beach of Santa Ponsa and in one of the buildings from the 70's in first line.
On the ground floor there is a property of about 140 sqm with a garden of 60 sqm and a community pool and of course with a very good position overlooking the sea with a lot of light and with a special magic.
