The exclusive building is entered through a main communal door and an entrance hall with some period features. The apartment was completly renovated in 2009. Once we enter the apartment we find ourselves in a large hallway, from this hallway you have access to two bedrooms, one ensuite bedroom, the laundry room, the kitchen and the living room.
The high ceilings give this apartment a very spacious and open feeling. Next to the living room, we have the ensuite master bedroom with access to the terrace. Looking through the living room, we see the dining room followed by the large 65 m² terrace, which provides a nice indoor-outdoor feeling.
The high ceilings, large windows and the terrace give the apartment a good amount of light.
