The Delfin Natura urbanization is located 200m from the entrance to the Sierra Helada natural park, the first maritime-terrestrial park in the community.
It has a total protected area of 5,564ha. (of them, 4,920ha
correspond to the marine environment) and within its waters we can find
some of the most interesting and surprising underwater areas around
the peninsular Mediterranean: extensive meadows of protected oceanic Posidonia and rocky bottoms with exceptional biological diversity.
Within the Natural Park we can also find coves of great beauty, remains of what were once the ocher mines (of Roman origin) and the Albir Lighthouse, inaugurated in 1863.
If something makes the Delfin Natura apartments unique, it is their large gardens on the ground floor and their large terraces, with surfaces of between 20 and more than 130 m2, from where you can see the sea and the Natural Park.
Delfin Natura is located on a 30,000 m2 plot within a fully consolidated environment and in the best location on Playa del Albir.
Surrounding the buildings, and on the different levels of the interior development, there will be different ornamental sheets of water and several pools. Likewise, it will also have a heated indoor pool.

Next to the outdoor pools there will be a Pool Bar and a Sun Deck equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and different furniture for sunbathing.
Within the urbanization a fruit and vegetable garden will be planted that recalls the origins of the entire area of El Albir in which, through terraced planting, the land was exploited agriculturally.
