Description: This totally exterior property, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, was conceived as a tribute to the painter Pablo Picasso who lived in this neighborhood of Madrid during a time of his life. Proof of this is the mural that we can appreciate from its balconies, with colors that are present in our particular version of "Casa Picasso", full of references to his life and work: a large dove and stained glass with its mural "Joy of Living " To provide maximum well-being, we turn to feng shui, an ancient Chinese art whose objective is to seek the general harmony of the individual with the space he inhabits, in order to achieve a positive influence on people. Distribution: It has a very large totally exterior living room, with integrated kitchen and dining room: a cozy show cooking space to enjoy the kitchen and share the table with friends and family. All rooms are also exterior. The main room is decorated in green and blue and has an en suite bathroom. The mustard room also has an en suite bathroom. There is a third functional room, which is achieved by closing part of the living room with a sliding glass door when needed, with a third bathroom in the hallway.
