Flat from the end of the 19th century, completely restored in 2006 and located in the heart of Malaga, among its narrow pedestrian streets, museums, historic buildings, theaters and restaurants.
It is located on the second floor, the top floor of the building, with only two apartments. It is distributed in an entrance hall where we have the kitchen, a large built-in wardrobe and the access stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor, we have the bright living room, with bathroom, fireplace and two bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom.
This house has the peculiarity of enjoying three terraces, two of them accessible from the living room and a third by a spiral staircase, located on the roof of the house, in which we have a space with aluminum enclosure previously used as a workshop of art.
