An experience in all its extension. The play of textures at the entrance, with its natural stone, announces a very special interior space, in which the
different elements are integrated without overlapping. For this, the terraced arrangement of the blocks has been essential, which generates a feeling of freedom in the common areas and, at the same time, favors privacy between the dwellings.
In fact, the architects have played with the unevenness to create a double sensation: facing the exterior, its low-rise blocks rise without interfering with each other, orienting themselves independently to achieve unobstructed views of the Mediterranean coastline, the golf course meadows of Calanova and the adjoining natural spaces; and, facing the interior, each building is protected from the rest through large garden areas, where the large community pool emerges as a natural lake in the heart of the project.
A meeting space that is perfectly accessible from any point in the residential and that is reached by following a route inspired by nature trails. An organic concept is also present in the access road, which runs between trees and bushes and allows for a parking area that complements the private underground parking available in some of the homes.
In short, an example of integration, sustainability and landscaping that seeks to merge with the environment and contribute to improving it. Inhabit it respecting its essence, so you can enjoy nature inside and outside your home.
